RENTAL POLICY

RENTAL PERIOD

Standard rental is 1-2 days, unless otherwise specified.

Extended rentals are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

A 25% of non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental.

Full payment is due 7days before delivery/pickup.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash app, Check or Cash.

CANCELATION & REFUNDS

In case of any cancelation deposit is non-refundable.

No refunds for unused rental items or early returns.

ITEMS USE & RESPONSIBILITY

Renter assumes full responsibility for all items during the rental period, from delivery/pickup until return.

All items must be used indoors/outdoors on clean, dry, flat surfaces.

Items must not be left unattended or exposed to theft, fire, rain, or damage.

All items must be returned in the condition received (normal wear accepted).

To notify the Company immediately in case of loss, damage, or incident.

No standing on chairs/tables or using items for unintended purposes.

Linens/tableware must be returned dry and free of food/debris (washing not required).

Avoid candle wax, burns, or permanent stains on linens.

The Company is not responsible for injuries or property damage caused by misuse or improper handling of rental items.

WEATHER POLICY

Outdoor items must be protected from rain or adverse weather.

Items exposed to weather-related damage are subject to full replacement fees.

DAMAGE, LOSS, OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING

The customer is responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or damaged items.

Fees will apply based on repair/replacement costs.

A cleaning fee may apply for linens or tableware returned excessively soiled.

PICKUP & DROP-OFF PROTOCOL

DELIVERY & PICKUP (IF WE DELIVER)

Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance and order size.

Delivery includes ground-level drop-off only, unless otherwise arranged.

Setup/teardown is not included unless specifically requested (additional charge applies).

Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.

PICKUP EXPECTATIONS

All rental items must be packed, cleaned of debris, and ready for pickup.

Tables must be folded and stacked flat on top of each other (legs collapsed and locked in place) before pickup or return.

CUSTOMER PICKUP & RETURN (IF CUSTOMER HANDLES TRANSPORT)

Pickup and return are by appointment only.

Renter must bring suitable, clean vehicle(s) and tie-downs for safe transport.

Damages due to transport are the Renter’s responsibility.
